    1. General conditions

Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist is providing you with the following Terms and Conditions for your access and use of Please read this legal agreement carefully to fully understand your rights and responsibilities. By using this site, you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must exit from and not use this website.

Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. To access, and sometimes to continue using the website, you may be asked to provide basic identification information such as name, gender, address, phone number, email address, provider number, date of birth, and/or other information to verify your identity and to determine what information can be made available to you.

Occasionally, these Terms and Conditions may change without notice. These changes will be effective and binding as of the notice or the date the changes are posted on the Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist website.

    2.Cancellation policy

We operate on a 24 hours’ notice cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and avoid a charge. If you do not attend the appointment or cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of a 15 pounds cancellation fee of your appointment will be applied, and any pre-payments forfeited.

If you’re more than 20 minutes late for your appointment your therapist might not be able to see you.

If you do not come to your appointment, you must pay the 15 pounds no-show fee before being able to book a new appointment with us.

If you need to cancel your appointment you should do via your confirmation appointment email, any other way to cancel your appointment is not valid and your appointment will not be canceled if you do not follow this procedure.

Cancellations requested via email on Saturdays after 12 pm and on Sundays won’t be addressed until Monday, which will count as less than a 24 hours’ notice and you might be subjected to pay the cancellation fee.

We accept most debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. We are unable to accept cheque payments.

    3.Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist and Patient obligations

When necessary, we may refer you to a third party, whereby we will send a referral letter, after which the responsibility is on you to arrange an appointment with them. Afterward, we cannot be responsible for the third-party terms and conditions.

Therapeutic procedures and treatments can be at times confusing for patients. Our Physiotherapists will not begin any form of objective assessment, or indeed treatment unless you have given your consent. 
This may be given verbally, or for some interventions such as dry-needling.

Please note, that our physiotherapists decide the treatments based on the personal information about your health condition indicated by you. We appreciated you being as accurate as possible with your health information to guarantee the best treatment for you. Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist will not be responsible for any harm caused because of treatment due to a lack of information by the patient. 

We recommend you bring comfortable clothes for the examination and assessment tests. If your treatment is for an injury located below your hits, we recommend wearing shorts. Please, avoid wearing jewelers if possible, such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, and long and dangling earrings. 

The therapist will always respect your concerns but if you feel uncomfortable about the examination, please feel free to ask any questions that you may have at any time during your session, your therapist will be more than happy to explain things to you.

After your assessment, your therapist will discuss their findings with you and propose a treatment plan tailored specifically to your own goals.

A personalized exercise program will send to you via email between the second and fourth day after your session via PhysiApp. If the session has been placed on a Friday, this deadline will start from next following Monday onwards.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a first approach will be necessary to book an appointment face-to-face if the therapist and the patient agree. Written consent will be required before any face-to-face appointment to confirm as far as they are concerned do not have symptoms and do not be in contact with Covid-19 positive tested in the last 14 days. Please note that according to The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy guidance, wearing a face mask is recommendable for both, professionals and patients. Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist encourages our patients to wear a face mask during the session.

    4.Use of the website

Use of Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist website is on the condition you agree to these terms and conditions which are subject to change and that any future use of the site will renew such an agreement.

Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist is a UK-based company. The relationship between you and Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist shall be governed by Scottish law and you agree to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist shall not have any liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, costs, expenses, or claims whether in contract or tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise arising out of the misuse of the contents of your application either before, during or after the transfer of such information to the recruiter or otherwise arising out of your use or inability to use the site or the information or services contained on it. Without limit to the foregoing and insofar as permitted in each relevant jurisdiction Celia Mostazo Physiotherapist does not give any warranty, either express or implied, as to the site or its contents including but not limited to any warranties as to no infringement.
