Video consultation via Skype. We will go through an in-depth assessment as well as a discussion regarding your condition. We will follow the same process as if we were in a face-to-face appointment excluding the practice-oriented part. You will receive specific advice, guidance, and a plan of exercises to kick start your recovery.

Are you ready to take full commitment over your injury? Are you looking for a full recovery from the beginning to the end? We will go progressively from passive to active approach/treatment to make sure you get back to your normal and painless daily life. We will measure, control, and monitor the improvement over time.

Your Rehab Plan will consist of:

  •  Either 4 or 6 Manual Therapy Appointments over time depending on either injury or patient requirements.   

  • Rehabilitation Sheet Programme controlling and monitoring the load (exercises, sets, reps, rest, general instructions)

  • Detailed and fully described Exercise Videos via PhysiApp

  • Online Feedback via PhysiApp

  • 1st Assessment session is not included

    

After the first session a vast majority of the people ask themselves, “And now, what’s next?”; “Am I going to get injured again?”. Well, the plan is making sure it won’t happen again. I want to start a two-way conversation until your injury heals. And what is key, we will try to reduce and prevent any setback, solving the problem from the root. I want to be honest with you, on the one hand, if you are suffering an acute pain such as sprain ankle, sudden back pain, rotator cuff tear or dislocation we need to bear it in mind and respect tissue healing timing. That’s why with one session is not always over. On the other hand, if you are suffering from any chronic pain you need to understand the chronic pain process itself and start stimulating natural anti-inflammatory responses over time. That’s why with just one session is not always over either.   

Suitable for people who want to get back to regular sport practise and improve function. Suitable for all ages and backgrounds (both athletes and non-athletes patients).

  • *You can choose this plan with x1 Explanatory Session over 1’5h—2h where we will explain exercises technique and clear any doubt
