These therapies can restore normal range of motion in joints, promote flexibility and help you to regain normal muscle tone.

Designed to imitate muscle elasticity, rolling tissues back uncompressing pain receptors, blood, and lymphatic vessels and reducing the interstitial space between the skin and the underlying connective tissue. It will help you to normalise your muscle tone, increase your range of motion and improve your proprioceptive function. Most commonly used for acute injuries, large bruises, and surgeries.

An invasive procedure where a fine acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. The aim is to reach myofascial trigger points deep in the muscle. These are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band. By doing dry needling we can accurately hit stubborn knots to relieve tension and increase blood flow in the treated area. A fast-effective route for pain relief.

Mostly used on the first stages of acute injuries, postoperative surgery stiffness and reactive tendinopathies.
