Focusing on identifying problems and weaknesses that will affect your sport performance and movements. Lack of mobility, overtraining and poor load management might lead to a diverse number of dysfunctions and aches. These therapies can restore normal range of motion on joints, promote flexibility and help you to regain normal muscle tone.

Based on the hypothesis, it provides support to the muscles, enhancing blood and lymphatic flow by stretching the tissues up. Designed to imitate muscle elasticity, rolling tissues back uncompressing pain receptors, blood, and lymphatic vessels and reducing the interstitial space between the skin and the underlying connective tissue. It will help you to normalise your muscle tone, increase your range of motion and improve the proprioceptive function. Mostly used on the first stages of acute injuries, large bruises, and surgeries recoveries.

PAIN EDUCATION

An invasive procedure where a fine acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. The aim is to reach myofascial trigger points deep in the muscle, which are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band. By doing dry needling we can accurately hit stubborn knots to relieve tension and increase blood flow in the treated area. A fast-effective route for pain relief.

DRY NEEDLING

Mostly used on the first stages of acute injuries, postoperative surgery stiffness and reactive tendinopathies.
