Service Description

- 1 face-to-face weekly session with the Physiotherapist - 2-3 days training plan on your own (depending on your time, daily lifestyle, etc) - Shared Private Drive Folder with your Training Sheet Programme over 4 weeks, controlling and monitoring the load (exercises, sets, reps, rest, instructions) - Detailed and fully described Exercise Videos via PhysiApp - Online Feedback via WhatsApp/PhysiApp **Monthly Direct Debit. Payments will be taken by either bank transfer or card at the session. Suitable for people who wants to get back to regular sport practise and improve function.
